Business Affairs Advisory
With years of experience, we provide assistance for general business affairs, including discussions and consultations with tax advisers, lawyers, etc. We will work to ensure some of the routine tasks are managed internally such that external consultant costs are kept to the minimum as required.
Corporate Finance Advisory
We take a stake in the business, as part of our Corporate Finance advisory role. We understand the business in detail, the business model, and we satisfy ourselves that the business potential subject, of course to execution, exists and the business has the teams, either with a successful execution track record, or, in our sole opinion, the potential to deliver the same. Once involved we stay involved till the end and back the business to succeed, through ups and downs, highs and lows.. We will bring forth all our relationships to make this happen.
